POLAPGEN-BD Working Seminar, 5-6 January 2010

A working seminar of the project partners took place at IPG PAS, Poznan, on 5-6 January 2010. The aim of the meeting was to make the experimental plan for 2010, to decide about the trial conditions used, treatments and number of plants necessary for all research purposes.

Sixty three participants, represented all partner breeding companies and research groups. Guests from Malopolska Plant Breeding and Resarch Centre for Variety Testing (Slupia Wielka) were also present. All group leaders presented their experimental needs and plans in short presentations. On the first day the discussion was chaired by prof. dr hab. Iwona Szarejko (Silesian University), on the second day by prof. dr hab. Maria Surma (IPG PAS).
